Walter W. Dyminski, Managing Director
Prior to founding Millennium Capital Associates, LLC in 1999, Mr. Dyminski had been involved in commercial real estate and investment banking transactions. He served as a lending officer for Apple Mortgage and Community Trust Bank from 1996 to 1999 specializing in commercial real estate development and construction loan origination. He held the position of Mortgage Analyst with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago from 1995 to 1996. In 1994, Mr. Dyminski joined Spartan Holdings Corporation as an investment banker. During 1992 to 1994, he held the position of Vice President with APS Financial Corporation; he was employed with Lux Investor Services Corporation an investment banking firm and served as an investment advisor with Tactical Capital Management, Inc., a registered investment advisor. Prior to receiving his M.B.A, Mr. Dyminski was a financial consultant specializing in the structuring of Asset Backed Securities. Mr. Dyminski received his B.S. Degree in Finance and Economics in 1989 and his M.B.A in 1992 from the University of Tampa.
